Best about teh package and compensation that it is very competitive compared to same level in other companies, usually higher than what other are getting with same level with competitors

Wat I like teh most is that teh leaders in our company regularly conducts check in to all of the employee to gather feedback and ensure that everyone is aligned with the vision of the company. They also ensure that they work on the things that they can work on based on feedback and clear comms
