What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how approachable, transparent, and supportive the leadership team is. Their care with the employee's well being is genuine. They are willing to go miles to support you with the path you wish to take in Remitly. I really felt their support with my growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation doesn't make me feel undervalued. I have felt my value as an employee in the company. The only comment I have with compensation is I think that with the work I am currently doing, I don't think my current salary is still aligned with the responsibilities.
