In my department particularly there is a lot of tenure which can sometimes lead to a "this is how it's always been done" attitude, which is discouraging. Otherwise we are encouraged to develop ourselves and our team and are given resources to do so.

American National Insurance Company: Taking care of customers. Paid premiums for a service and when needed a pay out for medical of passenger, you did not pay. After 20 years of full coverage premiums, this company wouldn't pay medical bills for a passenger.

Rack Room Shoes: The most miserable and soul-crushing company to work for. Terrible employees all around with terrible benefits and pay. I would never recommend to anybody, not even an animal, to work for this company. I hope competition takes over and puts this company out of business over time.
Fisher Investments: I have been working here for a year and a half in a website and content support role. The benefits are better than you can find almost anywhere. Company seems to be very invested in employees and retention.

Tenable: Overall the work and teams have been great. I'm not so excited about some of the decisions the executives have been making recently, as it stands to have the company lose valuable employees. Overall I feel the compensation could be a bit better with regards to salary, pto, and sick days.
Reddy Ice: Poor customer service. You can never speak to a person. When you do, they tell you to fill our a request online. Once you do, you receive an email stating they will be in contact with you...but you never hear from them.
Everbridge: I love Everbridge, I love what I do. I love my pay, my benefits and my coworkers. I highly dislike the uncertainty about our job security.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen: This was the 4th unsatisfactory visit to the Campbell Ave location. This location was taking one order, fulfilling the order, before taking another. Today, there was a 20 minute wait after paying. I tried to go inside to see what the wait was on my order, the doors were LOCKED! My order was WRONG!

Vrbo: Reservation was cancelled by property owner at the last minute for a family group of 8, for a family reunion and we had to cancel and miss the gathering. Would never book with VRBO again.
Days Inn: Very bad. I quit working there a month and a half ago and I am STILL waiting for my pay. It's against the law in the state of NM to make an employee wait longer than 5 days for their last check.
Equinix: Micromanagement and they are unkind, demands are unrealistic and leadership has their favorites and if you are not one of them, you won't like working here.

Allegiant Travel Company: I started work in the hottest months of Florida. So far they don't want to fix any equipment to help us. We get Popsicles and pizza instead of a raise. They force you to work through rain or 120 degrees. There are no breaks. They will yell at you to get back to work even if you're pouring sweat.

Absolutely no ongoing training, as management is a little club and they don't want competition. Most horrific management I've ever seen.
