I'm paid well and the quarterly bonus is wonderful.

Our ethos and mission is clear, our team is engaged to deliver on that vision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great repertoire as a team, with the various realignments and mergers, I'm curious if it will become diluted.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I'm very concerned about the lay offs. Last year that was it for RIF and then 3 product managers and then a slew of director level staff, with no warning. I feel vulnerable due to lack of clarity about when we as a company are finally "agile" or "lean" enough where further RIF is off the table.
