Review from HR Dept

they try to be transparent

Review from Operations Dept

Transparency of information on what is going on at the company. They do a good job letting everyone know they care during tough economic times.

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening and taking feedback into consideration

Review from Admin Dept

I'm very concerned about the lay offs. Last year that was it for RIF and then 3 product managers and then a slew of director level staff, with no warning. I feel vulnerable due to lack of clarity about when we as a company are finally "agile" or "lean" enough where further RIF is off the table.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Understanding what all of us do

Review from Customer Support Dept

Clearly communicating our vision without taking away resources. Having a better understanding of the day to day work of our lower employees. Empower product and engineering to make faster fixes and listen to customer concerns and requests.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The leadership's focus appears to be misdirected towards superficial aspects like appearances, as evidenced by their significant investment in branding. However, more critical concerns are being overlooked, particularly the urgent need to address the infrastructure requirements for our software, VCC

Review from Customer Success Dept

more staff, we are over worked and under paid.

Review from IT Dept

Honesty, transparency, communication, and getting by with smaller salaries instead of eliminating roles to save money. They also need to get better at trusting people who have been here for years and know the company, instead of firing them so they can bring in their friends instead.

Review from Communications Dept

More transparency. Not cutting corners on quality in the name of saving money. Employees should becompensated for skill, tenure, and edication- compensation is not equal if someone with less experience is getting the same pay as an employee with more educationtime and time at Everbridge.

Review from Operations Dept

Serious disconnects on what the executive team understands about our employee responsibilities to our customers. The latest round of layoffs was detrimental to my team and has caused considerable pain as there was little to no handover from bridgers that were laid off. Customers have suffered.

Review from Operations Dept

Keeping promises and realising we are people. They make big promises and then deliver bits of it after making us wait months. They don't seem to realise that their decisions impact our lives quite significantly. They have made me start to hate working here and I used to be the team cheerleader.

Review from Operations Dept

Much better communication and clarity around the business health, especially during riffs

Review from Customer Support Dept

Executing on being a product company to create a compelling set of solutions.

Review from Engineering Dept

The current team needs to better communicate the plans with the teams. There is no collaboration between teams from different geographies.

Review from Marketing Dept

I've said this before, and I'll say it again. The leadership team does not trust one another or their direct reports. There is too much dissension, and not enough agreement on how to move forward. People who work hard are punished with more work, or ignored in favor of people who say the right thing

Review from Communications Dept

There is a serious need for integrating the solutions we have. The process internally is very inefficient from quoting to messaging around solutions and who to go to for what. It feels currently like there are multiple companies within one.

Review from Sales Dept

Total focus is on sales, other functions are important too!

Review from Sales Dept

Instilling company values, morals and global culture. This is not evident internally nor externally. We're not "one everbridge" either. We separate companies running our own races causing internal confusion and frustration. As a recent new hire, I'm looking to leave Everbridge as fast as I can!

Review from Sales Dept

Understand that we are people, not numbers. And invest in salaries for other departments than sales. One sales employee makes about 4-5 times what other employees make and other employees are paid about 20-25% below market value.

Review from Engineering Dept

Leadership could be better at communication, not only to their individual team, but to other groups so everyone is on the same page. It seems as though every team/group is doing their own thing not collaborating with other teams/groups and it makes it very challenging.

Review from Sales Dept

Provide more follow-up on decisions. Like a conversation with the hiring manager about why pay rates have gone up and how that. will impact the team. By not having conversations about decisions made in the upper levels it is harder to manage downstream.
