Micromanaging to the extreme. Not direct boss but sr. management. Outreach is ridiculous in it's intent. The people driving sales enablement have never been in sales according to linked in but they are telling experienced salespeople how to sell?

There are currently alot of inefficiencies in the company with quoting deals, what resources to use for which product, constant changes in leadership and restructuring, etc. It's hard to get momentum with that environment.

Aside from the communication issues that make it difficult to keep up on things, there are individuals (individual contributors and leaders) who think they know best and not willing to learn or listen to what you have to say. It can be challenging at times to do my job.

We need to be provided similar benefits to those the market is already providing. Only that way we will avoid people leaving. A lot of people already left for this reason in Europe
