Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Seeing other employees that know how to work politics to get higher comp while their efforts are not much significant than mine or other peers. Our promotion process is not solely based on merit or contributions, making noise and having allies makes a big difference.

The role is a lot more work than I initially thought it would be, the responsibilities are higher, and therefore I feel the compensation should be increased
