Overall the work and teams have been great. I'm not so excited about some of the decisions the executives have been making recently, as it stands to have the company lose valuable employees. Overall I feel the compensation could be a bit better with regards to salary, pto, and sick days.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having fun problems to solve, and being able to architect new solutions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall everybody just seems nice and helpful. I haven't had a negative interaction with any employee so far.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very nice and helpful. I have felt very welcome with my team, and I get the help that I need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as my compensation to start was a little low for my experience and expertise. I find the PTO and Sick days to be somewhat lacking compared to other companies I have worked at as well.
