I can't classify all coworkers in one category. Some coworkers are awesome to work with, I learn from them and work together to achieve success. Others do everything they can to bring you down and humiliate you so they feel bigger about themselves to the point I dread having interaction with them.

More frequent, informal gatherings (online and in person) would help our fully remote team relate to one another as people.

I work really well with my team. Rest of the departments are a bit detouched. Most of the people in my region has a finger pointing attitude. I think we should work on collaborating and helping each other instead of being antagonists.

Coworkers need to listen to new voices and stop being complacent about the way the company has run in the past. They should also avoid having private conversations about work matters and be more inclusive of new team members.

Some coworkers are allowed to not pull their weight with no repercussions while others have to make up for their shortfalls.

If everyone has their own agenda, working together isn't possible.
