multi year comp is amazing, but what I appreciate the most is that comp statements are always on time and correct.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Review from Engineering Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that my base salary could be a little bit higher. The benefits and RSU's make up for it.

Review from IT Dept

i have only received one small merit raise and I have been here 3 years.

Review from Marketing Dept

I made it to Platinum Club and have shown incredible work ethic, adaptability and resilience in my role. I feel as though I should be rewarded fairly to market conditions against my current Total OTE package...

Review from Sales Dept

A newcomer to the company started on the same base salary and I am his manager. I have been offered roles from other companies as an individual contributor with a larger base salary than I am currently on. Feels external candidates have a better chance of negotiating salary than existing employees

Review from Sales Dept

I feel that my compensation is below the industry average for my country and region. I raised it and got no feedback which was disappointing. I just want to be heard and I wasn't.

Review from Sales Dept

Other cybersec companies pay 20-30% more for the same position.

Review from Sales Dept

for the experience and level of work I manage and areas I support, I think it could be reflected more positively

Review from Product Dept

I would prefer a more competitive salary that matches other high performing tech companies, and more incentives for existing employees to grow within the company

Review from Legal Dept

Work-life balance is not horrible during the planning, and herculean efforts are not recognized. We are often asked to do more with less. They do not pay out PTO to employees if they leave the company. Also, it is hard to get promoted since the budget is only dedicated to sales.

Review from Operations Dept

1) I've been bounced from manager to manager, and have not had anyone strongly advocate for my performance -- even though I contend the results speak volumes. 2) As an older employee, I cynically believe management knows I am unlikely to jump ship. A 10% raise and 5% bonus increase would be great.

Review from Marketing Dept

I feel as my compensation to start was a little low for my experience and expertise. I find the PTO and Sick days to be somewhat lacking compared to other companies I have worked at as well.

Review from Engineering Dept

I need to be warned by my supervisor before I loose my benefits

Review from Engineering Dept

Since my manager has left, I am helping out the whole team. Anyone above me has mentioned the possibility to let me apply for the senior role (while I am clearly showing I could do that). I read this as a lack of trust. Also, there hasn't been any economical recognition for me doing double of work.

Review from Sales Dept

get pay rise and bonus and promotion

Review from Sales Dept

They don't pay out accrued time off if you leave or are let go.

Review from Operations Dept

if i do get paid more and compared to competition

Review from Operations Dept

It's not about being undervalued - it's just that the base salary range is a bit off according to profile in my humble opinion

Review from Marketing Dept

the feedback I get from my managers is not satisfying for me. higher base salary

Review from Engineering Dept

Just by comparing salaries and benefits with other cybersecurity companies, I find that we are slightly on the low side

Review from Marketing Dept

I do feel that my compensation is lower than what I would get at other companies.
