C-suite strives to be transparent. They regularly show their humility & humanity. Executive coffee chats make them approachable, and the CEO does a monthly all-hands update since 2020.

I like how the leadership team takes the time to meet with their employees in executive coffee chats. It is nice to meet them on a more personal level outside of the company-wide meetings.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work-life balance is not horrible during the planning, and herculean efforts are not recognized. We are often asked to do more with less. They do not pay out PTO to employees if they leave the company. Also, it is hard to get promoted since the budget is only dedicated to sales.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More flexibility in the work-from-home policy. Paying out PTO to employees if they leave the company. The ability to travel for professional development. Merit performance needs to increase and is always significantly lower than inflation.

The office is pretty quiet which allows me to focus on my work. The building itself is great! I love how each floor is different.
