The estaff is honest, transparent and approachable. Always looking out for the best in their people.

OVerall compensation package, bonus and stock

All of it....I appreciate my bonus, PTO and other time off as well as the more traditional health benefits package.

I like that I have a fair and ample salary but that it doesn't stop there. I get great flexibility to do my job the way I want to. The health/dental benefits are great, the PTO is fair and adequate to cover my needs. The parental leave is great. I could say more but I don't have space!

If I had to choose to work anywhere, I would keep choosing Tenable. If I didn't work with amazing colleagues, it would be impossible to get the work done.

We all work together...when one person needs help, everyone pitches in. There is a lot of praise and appreciation to others. Even if we have differing viewpoints we listen and consider the other person.
