I have worked at Tenable for almost 3 years. The culture here is great, and the executives genuinely listen to concerns and try to make changes that are inclusive. They are responsive and keep the whole company updated honestly as to what is going on. The company is always growing and adapting.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
i have been very lucky in the fact that my manager is a huge support and pushes and encourages me to strive for excellence, and she is always advocating for me. i think that is the main reason i have gotten as far as I have. It's nice knowing someone has your back and believes in your judgement

they set realistic expectations and keep us in the loop about what they're doing

more interest in their profession and eagerness to learn/understand their job and aspects it impacts

They are open and honest about what is going on and responsive to concerns/questions employees raise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
most people are interested in participating in company wide events and helping out for a good cause
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are paid very generously I think. We receive quarterly bonus', stock options and the benefits are generous.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with an amazing team of like-minded women. We all get along so well and work amazingly together. I wouldn't change a thing!
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility to work from home and having a manager who has a "door always open" policy. And a management team who encourages professional development.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have different events going continuously and various groups who are really great at bringing awareness to causes and issues as well as being extremely supportive. Many of our executives are active in these communities as well which is great to see.
