What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lean in to the great corporate culture. We don't want to lose it. That said, we do not have a long term focused strategic vision to rally around that aligns all departments. Each department works independently. We could win in the market if we were aligned and working towards common goals.

it is a standard compensation package nothing above and nothing bellow, RSU's are good since they reward you while at the same time providing ownership and motivation

I feel that my base salary could be a little bit higher. The benefits and RSU's make up for it.

It wasn't a "cold" experience. Interviewers were dynamic and adapted to the natural direction of the interview conversation.
