As a relatively new employee, I have been happy with the company to date. The onboarding was better than previous companies I worked at and gave me a great overview of the organization. People have been helpful getting me up to speed but also receptive to input and I feel I've already added value.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Tenable has come out of it's start up phase to be a publicly traded company. It has retained it's terrific people culture and collaborative spirit. If it can find away to rally the whole company around a focused long term corporate strategy and drive product led growth, it will be unstoppable.

Employee engagement and cultivating a strong culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting the bonus paid out quarterly.

Very bright organization. Genuinely want to support one another.

The collaborative nature of the work environment and the can do attitude to get things done.

I feel like I am able to make a positive impact and know that it is valued.

It is intangible but the people and the positive attitude of everyone. It is the best corporate culture I have worked in.

I believe in the work we do and what Tenable is trying to achieve. I think the culture and people are terrific.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous equity offer and many benefits that they do not have to offer that show they go above the "must" offers such as Carrot and Pet insurance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone genuinely wants to help one another. I have worked in many organizations. There is not a lot of politicking at Tenable, just a common effort to get work done together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lean in to the great corporate culture. We don't want to lose it. That said, we do not have a long term focused strategic vision to rally around that aligns all departments. Each department works independently. We could win in the market if we were aligned and working towards common goals.
