It has been a terrific year, my supervisor Scott Winters has been the only lead I've learned anything from in more than 6 years and I've learned a lot from him. The enterprise operates as One team supporting each other to the extent possible

it is a standard compensation package nothing above and nothing bellow, RSU's are good since they reward you while at the same time providing ownership and motivation

The work it self is challenging, the nature of our products calls for continuous improvements and technology adoption which forces me to continue to learn and grow professionally
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diverse, inclusive and the One mentality, since arriving I've needed the support from many teams and everyone is always willing to help and work through complex issues with open mindness
