Enshored is actually the first BPO company I have worked with, and I can say I am very happy and thankful that I have found this company. The work environment is great, the compensation exceeds my expectation as a newbie. To be honest, I don't see myself working in any other company.

Enshored is indeed the best BPO company. I always fear applying in a BPO company hearing that it is always toxic, tiring and draining to work in this industry, but Enshored proven otherwise. We have the best leaders, competitive salary, and a non-toxic environment.

The company itself is excellent, the people they hire fail to maintain the integrity of the compony. I urge the executives, higher management to check on your heroes DIRECTLY to know what is really happening behind the reports their leader share.
