Paycom: I enjoy my role because it's a position where I am given responsibilities and independence. Completing designated tasks is fulfilling. However, the amount of workload and compensation is frustrating because it interferes with a healthy work-life balance. Nothing is predictable.

BELAY: The hypocrisy of our lead team is repulsive. They preach Christian values and pat themselves on the back at every weekly staff meeting, but pay both employees and contractors like crap. Communication is dysfunctional and leadership is frankly incompetant.

LG Electronics North America: We lack resources to be effective. People in all aspects of the business are trying to do the work of several people, so the quality of what everyone can do take s hit. It is frustrating as this company has a lot of potential.
Sunrun: The leadership vision and initiatives need a lot of work to help with company culture. Excessive turnover, loss of knowledge and the lack for refining business processes and shifting duties off to irrelevant groups is not effective. Place value in the employees stay instead of those who leave.

City Facilities Management (US) LLC: City is a fairly new company in the U.S market. With that there is a large learning curve. Not well organized and low level communication, but the with that said Everyday it gets alittle bit more on track, by hiring more technicians and overall improvements.

The Aerospace Corporation: Tons of really smart employees who work well with each other on some of our nation's most difficult space problems. Really great and supportive leadership from the CEO down. Lot of change and opportunities due to major shifts in the marketplace.
Instacart: Everyone I talk to, no matter what department, is super nice and easy to work with. Everyone accepts the challenges that are going on and put forth their best foot forward everyday.

PGA TOUR, Inc: The culture here is bad. They promote people who are yes people over people who should be promoted on rheir skill and merit. They also claim to be inclusive but continue to show that its all a front. They dont about inclusion.
Sunrun: I Feel that my manager does not help us at all. Doesn't let us know what's going on, never communicates. Also never helped me when i first started working here. Had to ask other managers to help me and when i confronted her about issues i had, she never helped me with them. my coworkers help a lot.

I had an internet outage and was one hour late to clock in and they knew ahead but gave me a no call no show which drops you down to the bottom of that system. UiPath: The product is outstanding but I am concerned with the leadership and how we are not focused on supporting all of the other functions but sales. SFDC is a nightmare and needs to be addressed ASAP because our CPQ system is broken.

The Wine Group: The Wine Group in Ripon will work you six days a week twelve hours a day a constantly threaten to fire you for anything . The graveyard shift foreman are the worst in the entire company , they create bullying back stabing among emploees even though the company claims to not allow this behaivor .
