Cornerstone OnDemand: Happy in the work that I do but would like to be recognized for it - certainly men appear to be listened to more than woman - but gaps in benefits between locations - have over 11 years service and seen nothing for the loyalty - additional leave days could be accrued at once and then taken away
Motive: The determination of our team and the clarity about our short and long-term goals as an organization and what is expected from us as a part of this process.
Cornerstone OnDemand: Appreciation for the work that individuals bring.

Cornerstone OnDemand: The team, my products and lovable customers
LG Electronics North America: Identify internal employees that are actually qualified - there are too many individuals that get hired, promoted etc. based on buddy, buddy system quota. There are individuals that get hired on that do not meet the basis qualifications of the jobs listed and then subsequently get promoted.
