
I believe I need to be at $30 an hour for what LG asks/requires on a daily basis. I love working for LG but can very demanding and very long hours at times.
The pay and never know who you're going to meet.
Working for a conglomerate it is nice and the benefits are great.

The benefits being 100% company paid is really awesome it saves alot of money and probably some of the best benefits in the industry.

My manager Roger Kirkpatrick is really awesome and the best manager I have ever had. I feel I can call Roger anytime and he knows how demanding LG can be to work for. I am blessed to have a great boss who appreciates hard work.
Having company paid benefits is really nice. I would like to get paid more and believe higher raises are in order. 7% inflation just last year alone and only to qualify for a 3.5% raise doesn't add up. I believe a great tech should be paid $30 an hour.
