The salary for my positions for employees hired when I was hired is fair. The new people being hired are being underpaid. 2022 KPIs were set higher than production and logistical capacity. Big fluctuations year to year. the company does not want to bonus out top achievers more than ever other year.

Base salary is below average but bonus/variable compensation can be excellent. I would like to see a stronger base compensation and perhaps less variable.

Pay compensation within the timeframe promised. Do not make account managers "hunt" for revenue from spreadsheets. Compensation should be automatic and correct. Those that calculate compensation should be accountable for accuracy as well as expediency.. They are always late and incorrect.

Less focus on process, more focus on people. All IT, systems and accounting is managed by HQ Korea. Those systems and processes do not transfer/translate to American culture. All of the systems are so antiquated and cumbersome.

There are two bosses: Alpharetta and Seoul. Seoul controls the $ and the real power. Alpharetta can put all the programs and plan together but ultimately, faceless/nameless people who I will never meet/know in Seoul control my destiny.

There is a lack of focus on the customer. Too much internal focus and looking at short term goals. LG needs to develop a long term strategic plan, identify what growth they want and can support, then execute the plan, making hard decisions along the way as to which customers are important.

Not enough employees to handle the amount of work. Lack of management on employees not doing their job. More work being put on employees who do their job and work being taken away from those who don't work. Management not understanding R&R and just increasing workload with no guidance
