I am extremely overloaded with work, and am losing work life balance. There is just too much work for one person to do, and no urgency to get extra headcount or make processes more efficient. With the hours I put in weekly, if calculated hourly, I am underpaid.

Leadership does not lead. Have more autonomy and take less direction from HQ Korea. What works there doesn't always work here.
