Overall my experience has been WONDERFUL. From my local team, to shared services and vendors, I have seen a very promising future. Most of our team is new to LG and I believe this makes it extra fun that we can all grow together while supporting such a great industry initiative for our community.

The best part would have to be the medical benefits which are covered for the entire family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You have the autonomy to get your work done in a timely fashion with an open door to assistance if needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I personally can say my leadership team will take the time to listen and take into consideration my opinions, thoughts and point of view. At times they will even ask my opinion on a matter without me having to interject.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is goal driven and loyal however also down to earth and able to laugh and joke to ease the day. The balance is welcomed and you can hear the laughter at times which makes it an easier and more enjoyable setting.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to be able to have a place that I can use my knowledge to make a change and see the change implemented. Also the fact that I am able to provide support to my family by being allowed an opportunity to support the local team.
