The first year was hard. It has a very different company culture (Largely influenced by older Korean Culture). It was hard to adapt. Over the years I have learned how to navigate the culture to be successful. Biggest problem in the company is the CEO organization is always trying to stop progress

Always changing, never a dull moment. it can be hectic and challenging. Internal Technology is not great (Company email and calendar, other internal systems) so that is one thing I would like to see changed

100% company paid Healthcare is great. 401k Match is average

Meaningful work. Being able to make changes and see the impact

Building new ways of working. Company feels like a startup, always new challenges

Base pay is in line with market but Bonus % is lower than it should be.

Creating new things. New Programs, processes, campaigns, etc. It is energizing to build each day. It's also challenging because it feels like a startup

Everyone is willing to help each other. People genuinely like being together inside and outside of work. The team is like a family, they really care about you as a whole person
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company really does care about people. Just like any company you have a bad manager here and there, and I feel bad for those teams that are in that situation. Overall the leaders are trying to do what is right for employees and the environment
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are the best part of LG for me. There are really great hard working people that have a passion to create and build. I get to meet and work with people from many Divisions at LG and it is amazing to see the passion people have for what they are doing
