Positive overall but differnecess between Us and HQ are apparent and cause division
Review from Marketing Dept
Our leaders are communicative and have the vision to push LG foreward.
Review from Marketing Dept
Willingness to udnerstand a new business
Review from Marketing Dept
Transparent about most things, encouraging when needed and smart enough to understand what is important
Review from Marketing Dept
Our marketing leadership team is smart, positive, and inspiring. One of the best leadership teams I have ever worked for!
Review from Marketing Dept
They are positive, supportive and motivating.
Review from Marketing Dept
Communication and collaboration. There is NO communication from our Division leader. There is no collaboration within our division - all departments act in silos.
Review from Marketing Dept
Stop giving crap tools to the employees (e.g., garbage homemade Email, worse homemade "Calendar" and unbelievably restrictive upload policies that destroy productivity. It's like the executive team and Info Security team both work for Samsung and are trying to destroy our productivity every day.
Review from Marketing Dept
being professional and personable, holding to company policy and transparency. My leaders don't lead they hide and avoid
Review from Marketing Dept
They don't seem to understand the difficulty in many of the day to day processes and the amount of work required to simply do basic tasks. There is a major feeling that employees are just assets who will turnover and be replaced.
Review from Marketing Dept
Allow people to actually manage. Stop ridiculous processes and upgrade internal software andtechnology so that it reliable works.
Review from Marketing Dept
I have a competitive salary
Review from Marketing Dept
Benefits are free and good quality
Review from Marketing Dept
No payment for healthcare premiums
Review from Marketing Dept
Company paid premiums for insurance benefits.
Review from Marketing Dept
No Healthcare cost and legal services at a reasonable rate.
Review from Marketing Dept
I'm just not paid at what level I should be compared to peers in my industry with my experience. In addition, JOB TITLES! Not current or equivalent to industry titles.
Review from Marketing Dept
Leadership would not discuss the conditions of my employment instead they point to HR who points back.
Review from Marketing Dept
Compensation upside is bonus which can be arbitrarily taken away. Comp not up to par with similar position within companies of the same scale and depth.
Review from Marketing Dept
It feels like we are just a number here. I have worked so many nights/weekends and beyond the expected 40-50 hours and instead of being rewarded it sets a precedent that I'm a work horse that should be given more work. Very counterproductive and burns people out like this.
Review from Marketing Dept
No opportunity for advancement; management changes their mind every 4 months, no clarity, no appreciation, no acknowledgment of effort.
Review from Marketing Dept
I like that my team is more lax and welcomes open communication
Review from Marketing Dept
We work hard! WE are willing to do anything to move the needle
Review from Marketing Dept
Everyone is collaborative, supportive, and working towards the same goals
Review from Marketing Dept
My team is collaborative, positive, engaging and helpful.
Review from Marketing Dept
Productivity and growth under pressure
Review from Marketing Dept
Held accountable to their actions, not shown preferential treatment. Be professional and work as a team
Review from Marketing Dept
There needs to be proactive EXTERNAL training of employees. Not internal trainings that seem very old-school and weirdly not relevant to US employees. Also we need systems that make people more productive. The systems we use here are getting in the way of productivity
Review from Marketing Dept
Better HR, and processes that make sense to the jobs we are supposed to be doing.
Review from Marketing Dept
need more of a "one team one dream" mentality.
Review from Marketing Dept
Lots if Learning and development opportunities
Review from Marketing Dept
The leadership team in my department
Review from Marketing Dept
A culture of positivity is prioritized from our leadership team on down.
Review from Marketing Dept
The thank you culture. It's great that we openly celebrate appreciating everyone.

Leaning into a new business
Review from Marketing Dept
LG HQ needs to learn, we are a global company not a korean company. In order to compete globally, start adopting traits of a global company. Ask anyone that has worked in global companies what that means! PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF EMP Productvity, IMPROVE OR GET RID OF THE CLOUD PC! It's TERRIBLE !
Review from Marketing Dept
I think it starts from top down. Myself and my team feel very removed from what is going on elsewhere.
Review from Marketing Dept
more transparency and ability to grow ones career
Review from Marketing Dept
Improve all internal systems. Nothing works right. Takes a while to submit a simple approval request. We current. Be straightforward. Care about people who have been with you for years, compensate them well, give them exciting tasks and projects. Appreciate them. Until then LG will never be #1.
Review from Marketing Dept
See previous comment. Trust managers to actually be able to manage. Provide the true and proper accounting support to all us to do the actual work we are hired to do.

Seeing progress and things moving forward.
Review from Marketing Dept
Interaction with my team, our sale team, and our channel partners.

1. Fire the entire Info Security team and outsource it. 2. Fire any executives who support the homemade Email/"Calendar" and switch to Outlook365 via browser immediately. 3. Change PC leases from 5 years to 3. 4. Hire 70% more Lawyers to help review the ridiculous substantiation they want to require
Review from Marketing Dept
The leadership, weirdly enough, doesn't seem to understand they are IN THE WAY of success. LG needs to get out of its own way and run like a company in 2021, not something with archaic tools/systems. We don't even have basic email like outlook/gmail. We use a system that is outdated & inefficient.
Review from Marketing Dept
no real way to grow within the company. company would rather hire fired Samsung employees rather than promote its own
Review from Marketing Dept
Please see earlier comments regarding this.
Review from Marketing Dept
The ridiculous homemade HQ "Email," "Calendar," Webex instance and the outdated MS Office version are a complete shitshow. Both LG's customers and our competitors REGULARLY laugh at us when they hear how we can't perform basic work tasks. Convert everyone to MS Office 365 Online and Zoom immediately
