Prior to January 2020 LG was an amazing work/career experience. With the move to the cloud, stripping us of key tools such as Outlook, storage capacity, and speed - and then the never-ending layering on of needless, senseless process and procedure, productivity, pride, and creativity no longer exist

Our team collaborates and supports one another. The leadership of our division could lean from collaboration at the team level.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and collaboration. There is NO communication from our Division leader. There is no collaboration within our division - all departments act in silos.
