I have been working at LG for over 10 years and have never been offered the opportunity to grow from my position. The salary is not keeping up with cost of living and people working in entry level fast food jobs are starting at the same pay rate I receive now.

remove negative impact that is out of our control such as part backorders and shipping delays that effect our performance ratings. Require HR to respond. I requested help a half dozen times over several years and never had a response by email or phone. even after several attempts

Cease promotions, raises, awards based on directors 'favorites' or popularity contests. Have literally only seen HANDFUL of people promoted or given raises due to hard work. People who do good work, do NOT get fair raises or promotions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone is walking on racial eggshells, anything you say, do, expression, gets reported, instead of workers being held responsible to follow rules and policy. Afraid to even request people wear their PPE, or it will get reported as being racial bias.

internal communication is horrible, tasks being worked on by multiple people and they don't know it, issue resolution is oversimplified without understanding systematic restrictions or HQ requirements
