American CEO, or Americanized CEO, old school Korean culture is not acceptable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More experience in their roles and knowledge of their job, they hire all entry level knowledge and expect them to perform.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Break down the cultural segregation, don't put the wrong unqualified people in place just because it's cheaper on the front end, more is lost on the back end.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone is walking on racial eggshells, anything you say, do, expression, gets reported, instead of workers being held responsible to follow rules and policy. Afraid to even request people wear their PPE, or it will get reported as being racial bias.
