I gave a low score rating of referring others to work here because of the TERRIBLE employee productivity in laptop, IT Support, back-office processes around expense submission etc

We work hard! WE are willing to do anything to move the needle

Transparent about most things, encouraging when needed and smart enough to understand what is important
What makes you most happy at work?
Being heard, and most importantly doing things in a different way that brings changes for the better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm just not paid at what level I should be compared to peers in my industry with my experience. In addition, JOB TITLES! Not current or equivalent to industry titles.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
LG HQ needs to learn, we are a global company not a korean company. In order to compete globally, start adopting traits of a global company. Ask anyone that has worked in global companies what that means! PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF EMP Productvity, IMPROVE OR GET RID OF THE CLOUD PC! It's TERRIBLE !
