Tripadvisor: Career advancement requirements by level is very subjective. Management isn't always clear on what it takes to get to next level or why you didn't get the promotion. Not only that, they're not clear about behaviors needed to change the perspective of where you're at in terms of level.
UiPath: Lots of work. No proper coordination across time zones.
Vertafore: Vertafore! Great company and great atmosphere for work. Day by day i can learn new things. Coworkers also very helpful. Overall best company. :)
DataArt: Very fast hiring and onboarding flow. Friendly team. High-quality workers.
Tenable: This company has never disappointed me. I've had a lot of opportunities to prove myself and go where I've wanted. Always a little unsure of the future, but I've been very happy with the direction of the company.
IPC Systems: The experience has been good overall. However, there have been changes with my team's schedule which were very unwelcome. My office was moved to Jersey City which was also unwelcome. Working from home has somewhat offset these negatives, but that wasn't planned, it was forced by Covid.
DataArt: It is communicative and not toxic.
DataArt: I can work not only on my daily tasks but also participate in different important projects.
Kenya Airways: Its a great company, room for grwoth but overall its an ok place to work
Bluegreen Vacations: They were diverse and had good personalities.
Chegg: Chegg is incredible at listening to employees, taking action, and understanding what drives success and satisfaction. There really needs to be more room for advancement however and clear plans for IC's to grow.
Appian: Very positive first six months with Appian. Looking forward to the rest of the year and more to come.

It doesn't matter how many sales I could bring in of Office can't keep up. Corp. billing is another "unconnected"issue.

The Knot Worldwide: My department definitely works you as hard as they can. I came in, worked as hard as I could, doing overtime for weeks on end, and they still told me I wasn't doing enough. I did a 14hr work day to help catch the team up and my boss asked to confirm it, but didn't say anything nice for doing it.

LG Electronics North America: AGain, this job would be great if I could actually do what I was hired to do. Instead I'm told I have "responsibilities" but no abilty to manage them. Instead I have to go through ancient procedures and software that rarely works efficiently.
Vertafore: I've had a great experience so far. I've advanced in my career already and feel as though more opportunities are ahead. I have a different mindset than other coworkers, who may 'wait' for a promotion or raise instead of go after it. So, I think my experience is better than some others'.

Cornerstone OnDemand: Constant turmoil that isn't even related to the pandemic, but that doesn't help. When I thought we were finally settling in, we had more change thrown at us. I understand why, but I don't understand where everything has/will settle. It's very frustrating.
Vertafore: Work life balance is terrible. People, including leaders, work at all hours of the day and on the weekend. There should be much better work life balance.
Vertafore: While its been short, it has been great. Thank you to our entire company for making vertafore a great place.
