I love my job, but i believe you could hire better CSRs and drivers if they were paid more. They are the backbone of the company and have everything to do with customer retention! It doesn't matter how many sales I could bring in of Office can't keep up. Corp. billing is another "unconnected"issue.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping someone feel better! Vent business!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are good, but they don't realize what's going on in locations.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitude - phone answering & communication skills. The vision to see what going the extra mile does to set us apart and how rewarding it is personally too!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's stressful and not easy to get along with demands like they are now- especially with a couple of slackers , but at the end of the day - we do all like each other outsids of work! :)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall ok -- dont like the Covid cuts because we are working harder than ever! If you are going to cut commission, pay the drivers some hazard pay with that & the CSRs another $150. a month or so!
