I enjoy the job, I always look forward to go to work because I like the job itself but some of the drivers leaders are not qualify to have that role. They are inapproriate, loud and don't treat the job seriously.
What makes you most happy at work?
Loading, unloading cars and driving truck. I really enjoy it
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Terrible, they all cover each other so no one gets punished.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Heathcare package and compesation is alright for a new driver starting in car hauling
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very nice and easy to talk to. I get along woth everyone very well.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
My manager is a good guy but covers up a lot of bad work behaviour from the driver leaders because is hard to replace them. Today I was pointed at with a BB gun by a driver leader because he was trying to shoot a gatorade bottle next to me. Thats terrible but nothing will be done to fix it
