There's been a ton of change over the last 5 years, much of which has not been positive/progressive! The company does care about the whole person, not just the "employee" as well as passion for customer satisfaction; Work/life balance has been exceptional.

Recognize we are a learning organization, and employees don't need to fear making a mistake

Corporate communications could be better, particularly to those not in CA, CO or UT; Lack of career mobility
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There have been a lot of new roles created at the top, yet not much has changed for the boots on the ground, which is disheartening
