Choice Hotels: Everyone has a good fun attitude
Choice Hotels: I love the environment, the people, the attitudes, and everything about Choice, but I do feel stuck in what I'm doing, and I also feel that while we have big events around bringing out great ideas for the company, that product owners/management are not empowered to make any of those changes happen.

Choice Hotels: I think we are too superficial - we do things to get ranked in the business journals but in reality it is all for show - how we are treated is not how we represent ourselves. Execs don't get feedback from the small guy, they can't be bothered.
