I fell that I am underpaid due to geography and there are property General Mangers that make more than I do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Field employees are ignored. Stop treating us like robots. Stop allowing other departments to dump their busy work on us. Provide better interdepartmental responsible for helping franchisees and field staff.

Enforce standards of product quality so brands can become consistent, and that will help me increase owner and franchisee profit. I can’t move the needle in ADR and RevPAR if I don’t have good product. It’s time t
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Changing department goals on quarterly basis is not allowing us to dedicate time to franchisees that we can grow and develop. Further, the company needs to ensure there are enough people on hand to achieve company goals. With the tight budgeting and labor some of us worry about company health.
