I have enjoyed my time overall but am happier now that I have moved to a new team. My new supervisor is excellent and I am in a much more positive mindset this year. I wish our hotel quality was held to a higher standard. We have a mix of very good and very very bad hotels .

I've worked here for nearly 20 years, and I've seen Choice grow exponentially, but we still have that "family" culture and there's a down-to-earthness about everyone but at the same time, a sense of urgency. Achievements are regularly celebrated and new innovation can come from literally ANYONE here

Remote colleagues shouldn't be paid the same when cost of living is vastly different. You will lose talent from invested associates. Likewise, you will not gain new talent outside low cost of living cities.

My last team , my coworkers did not want to work. I could not count on them to get what I needed , or follow up with basic requests. My current team is much better but collaboration should be mandatory. I do not like how everyone acts self sufficient.I would love them to share useful resources more.

I think our sales team should not be led by a consulting company(Zs). I believe those who are not meeting KPIs should be held accountable. The Audit, constant tracking issues, Rate loading issues, and layoffs put a bad taste in everyone's mouths.
