I have enjoyed my time overall but am happier now that I have moved to a new team. My new supervisor is excellent and I am in a much more positive mindset this year. I wish our hotel quality was held to a higher standard. We have a mix of very good and very very bad hotels .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote culture can be improved.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they follow up with our requests and suggestions . They are also great human beings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my last promotion, I was given no option but to take the bottom of the pay range, although I know I am more qualified .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think our sales team should not be led by a consulting company(Zs). I believe those who are not meeting KPIs should be held accountable. The Audit, constant tracking issues, Rate loading issues, and layoffs put a bad taste in everyone's mouths.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My last team , my coworkers did not want to work. I could not count on them to get what I needed , or follow up with basic requests. My current team is much better but collaboration should be mandatory. I do not like how everyone acts self sufficient.I would love them to share useful resources more.
