I know I'm paid on low end versus market, but I'm ok with that if I can maintain the balance I want in my life. If I lose some of the perks I currently have (working from home 3 days a week), then I would probably look elsewhere.

When I first started my role with Choice compensation was never my prime focus, since the benefits that Choice provides makes up for the lower salary. However after being with the company for as long as I have between annual raises and investment opportunities this would be more evenly weighted.

I use to be very excited about going to work each day but more recently with the lowered moral that I have seen company wide has not made work as enjoyable as it once was.
