
People are friendly, the company is trying to breakdown the conflicts across different functions; however, there's still probably too much initial "buy-in" & approvals needed that slows down actions.

Base salary is fair. Prior companies have Directors receiving stock options and all levels receiving bonus - I think that's a better comp structure to be competitive in marketplace.
This past year I have felt appreciated for the work I do versus having to advocate for myself. It's really amazing to get that acknowledgement without having to fight for it.
The appreciation of Family / Personal life. I hope Choice never loses that value system. My Executive leader is a genuinely good person as well & part of the reason why I stay where I am.
I know I'm paid on low end versus market, but I'm ok with that if I can maintain the balance I want in my life. If I lose some of the perks I currently have (working from home 3 days a week), then I would probably look elsewhere.
When I accomplish tasks that are meaningful and progressing things forward. In my current role I have that on a daily basis. In my prior role, I was not as happy because it didn't feel like it was as impactful of work - too much time was being spent navigating office politics.
