Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

People are friendly, the company is trying to breakdown the conflicts across different functions; however, there's still probably too much initial "buy-in" & approvals needed that slows down actions.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is very friendly and supportive.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I appreciate when team members are helpful in sharing information

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The way Pat has handled the pandemic - the inclusive culture

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Choice seems to really believe in creating a more diverse & inclusive culture

What makes you most happy at work?

Adding value and making an impact in the organization. I particularly love doing analysis and being able to help that drive decisions and meaningful conversations.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Base salary is fair. Prior companies have Directors receiving stock options and all levels receiving bonus - I think that's a better comp structure to be competitive in marketplace.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

This past year I have felt appreciated for the work I do versus having to advocate for myself. It's really amazing to get that acknowledgement without having to fight for it.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The appreciation of Family / Personal life. I hope Choice never loses that value system. My Executive leader is a genuinely good person as well & part of the reason why I stay where I am.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know I'm paid on low end versus market, but I'm ok with that if I can maintain the balance I want in my life. If I lose some of the perks I currently have (working from home 3 days a week), then I would probably look elsewhere.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I accomplish tasks that are meaningful and progressing things forward. In my current role I have that on a daily basis. In my prior role, I was not as happy because it didn't feel like it was as impactful of work - too much time was being spent navigating office politics.
