it is better than other companies I have worked for. However, stock options would be a nice addition.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think compensation can be more competitive to what's offered in the industry + reflective of the workload and areas of ownership

We are a scrappy company with fewer associates with more on their plates. It would be nice to be compensated accordingly, vs. what someone at a larger company would make doing far less work.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They valued my time and set up interviews back to back in a single day. When they decided they liked me, they didn't prolong the process with an additional person who was supposed to interview - they cancelled that extra interview and offered me the job.
