its always positive! All of us seem to run by "learn as we go" culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
it is better than other companies I have worked for. However, stock options would be a nice addition.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they care about us and feel that family is important. They give us time to enjoy our family time, and make it possible to work from home.
