Allowing remote work and not leaving it 100% up to that person's management. Most C-levels are disconnected from what their lower level employees want or need to inspire company loyalty.

At Choice's Scottsdale office, there is definitely a welcoming and engaging culture. People get along and are generally welcoming. There isn't a lot of politics from day to day, and you feel like you can really be yourself.
