I really appreciate remote work flexibility and the added week of vacation time for employees recently added this year
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the tools, resources, and management support to do my work successfully and with lowered stress (remote work option has really helped reduce my stress levels)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They stay on top of competitive trends and important issues and respond accordingly. They also listen to their employees and are willing to change HR policies to better enrich employee's lives, help support reduced stress levels, make adjustments for employee life events
