I had previously learned that my male counterparts were making significantly more money than both myself and my female counterpart. Fortunately my manager at the time caught this and fixed this, but honestly the gap in salary was so large that it was very insulting when I discovered this.

During the pandemic, I feel that I along with other Choice employees have been working harder and long hours than anticipated. In addition, bonuses are not received until you meet a certain professional level, which has not been the case at my past employer

It was very personable- they came in prepared and felt like they reviewed my resume before they entered. They even gave a little gift thanking me for taking time out of my schedule to meet with them
