How we interact, challenge and encourage one another, we used to be able to do team lunches and other key things that made coming to work more fun, but those have been taken away. Be careful, these little things are key to our culture here at Choice
The employee events; but now that's being cut. We used to do 12 & now its like 6. We used to serve alcohol & now they're dry afternoon events. Christmas & Thanksgiving were taken away. If you're going to do this then give the CRGs more money as this as is VITAL to company culture & keeping people.
