What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love their enthusiasm and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
I feel like they care up me even though I am a remote employee. Work Life Balance is fantastic!
Things are communicated and they really seem to care.
They really have an "open door policy" and are open to ideas and new ways of doing things.
They set clear goals and they are willing to help achieve your goals.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare benefits are fantastic.
The Insurance Benefits & PTO with Wellness days.
The matching 401k. I do not use the health part. I think there should be compensation if this portion is not used.
The Stay at Choice benefit, well being days, and hotel discounts.
It is fairly competitive with the industry average.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They all care about one another!
The willingness and eagerness to help a team member.
The open communication and everyone is willing to help each other.
They are all experts in their own unique ways and bring their A game to every challenge and are proactive in finding ways of doing things better and avoiding risk.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here is so incredibly positive and king.
That they are willing to listen and act on ideas brought up by the team.
For a large company I don't feel like a number.
The sense of belonging and being welcome, valued, and respected.

Interacting with my coworkers and franchisees.
Helping my properties to grow through the ROCs program. I love teaching them new tricks, shortcuts & how to use the systems.
I really enjoy what I do and helping others
Accomplishing new achievements and overseeing the ROI of projects and initiatives.
When I am always challenged and taking tasks that help me grow my career.
