Changing department goals on quarterly basis is not allowing us to dedicate time to franchisees that we can grow and develop. Further, the company needs to ensure there are enough people on hand to achieve company goals. With the tight budgeting and labor some of us worry about company health.

Communication - tell us why we are doing something so we can support it. Someone needs to organize programs rolling out, seems like each department can just "do their own thing" with out coordinationing with other departments. Get rid of Stealth department email signatures.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health insurance plus tons of optional items that I don't necessarily take advantage of (legal benefits, pet insurance, gym membership reimbursement, etc) that really let an employee customize their benefits package.

Like any other company, the overall compensation package always evolves. Recently, the org changed some of their PTO perks, so we can take well-being days and I feel that was very thoughtful of them to consider. Sometimes, you need an extra day or two that isn't a vacation.

I've always done well in a role as an individual contributor. Some people will agree, and others might not be like that. Many of my peer's job functions don't require that they are constantly engaging with one another. In any case, we are all respectful of each other's time which is important.

Field employees are ignored. Stop treating us like robots. Stop allowing other departments to dump their busy work on us. Provide better interdepartmental responsible for helping franchisees and field staff.
