When I first started, the culture was really different, and I felt much more positive. My biggest challenge has been feeling heard and safe to speak up. I think there are issues that get brought up multiple times, but nothing seems to change and that gets a bit taxing.

My experience here has been wonderful. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The only downside is not having consistent support. My leader has changed twice since being here for only a year. There has been no discussion of a growth/development plan for the future.

When I look at the range for my role and I consider the work I have contributed to the team, I feel I should be compensated more. If you are going to ask for more from employees, they need to be compensated fairly.

I wear several hats in my role and continue to take on additional work. I would appreciate a higher pay increase to accommodate my additional responsibilities and hard work. I feel like I am being paid under the market and compared to other companies.
