My experience here has been wonderful. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The only downside is not having consistent support. My leader has changed twice since being here for only a year. There has been no discussion of a growth/development plan for the future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent. They keep us informed of changes to expect.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work would be more fun/exciting if we had free lunch, snacks or drinks to get us through the day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is flexible and reliable. They understand that we have a life outside of work and don't mircomanage when it comes to leaving a little early or taking a day off.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The hybrid flexibility. It allows me to get my work done and do the things I need to do. Saves me money on gas and time. I like when Choice does events for its associates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wear several hats in my role and continue to take on additional work. I would appreciate a higher pay increase to accommodate my additional responsibilities and hard work. I feel like I am being paid under the market and compared to other companies.
