I like that the leadership team is open to new ideas and progressing as a company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though I do the same amount of work as other team members who are compensated differently and more than I am.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture is that most of the time, opinions that a different have a chance to be worked through and tried.
What are some of the best things about your team?
While the team in general has it's differences, I do look forward to finding like minded people on my team and trying to create a positive environment.
